Bulk actions let you change many stores in one go, instead of opening each one.

Select stores

  1. Go to Stores.
  2. Use search, tabs, and filters to narrow the list, for example to one state or tag.
  3. Tick the stores you want to change. To select every store on the page, tick the box in the header.

The bulk actions appear above the list. If they don’t all fit, the rest are under More actions.

You can only select stores on the current page. To select more at once, show more stores per page at the bottom of the list.

Actions

Action What it does
Bulk edit hours Gives the selected stores the same trading hours and special dates, and optionally the same sort order.
Create store pages Creates a store page on your online store for each selected store. Stores that already have a page are skipped.
Connect with Google Links the selected stores to your Google Business Profile. Only shown once you’ve connected Google. Up to 50 stores at a time.

Set as active Shows the selected stores on your store locator.
Set as inactive Hides the selected stores from your store locator. They’re kept, so you can turn them back on.
Add tags Adds tags to the selected stores.
Delete stores Deletes the selected stores.

Bulk edit hours

The weekly hours you set replace each selected store’s current hours. See Update hours for many stores for the steps.

Add tags

  1. Click Add tags.
  2. Type a new tag and press Enter, or click tags you already use under Your tags.
  3. Click Add tags.

Tags are added to each store’s existing tags. Nothing is removed. To remove a tag, edit the store.

Delete stores

  1. Click Delete stores.
  2. Confirm.

Deleting can’t be undone. The stores’ pages on your online store aren’t deleted. If you might need the stores again, use Set as inactive instead, or export them to CSV first.
